CreditOps

Automate your workflow, from collecting documents through the finished credit review, and keep all of it in one place. Your analysts spend their time analyzing the credit, not on busywork.

Automates the busywork

Document requests, data extraction, financial spreading, memo drafting, and insurance tracking all run automatically. Requests go out from your bank's own email address on a schedule you set, and whatever a borrower sends is extracted, organized, and confirmed by your analyst in minutes.

Organizes the whole process

Instead of hundreds of spreadsheets and copy-paste between systems, every borrower gets a virtual credit file: years of documents, spreads, memos, covenants, and collateral, with related borrowers tied together and your approval process built in.

Adapts to your workflow

We set it up around the way your credit department already works, on your documents and in your memo format. You work directly with the developers, and updates come in hours and days, not months and years.

Questions we get about CreditOps

Can CreditOps work with any documents our borrowers send?
Yes. CreditOps is designed to process the documents credit teams deal with every day: tax returns, personal financial statements, business financials, rent rolls, credit reports, insurance certificates, and more. If your bank uses a document type we do not handle yet, we set it up.
How does the model get borrower loan data?
We can pull the loan data file straight from your core and refresh automatically.
Is CreditOps just a spreading tool?
No. It connects the full credit workflow: document requests, borrower uploads, data extraction, spreading, memo drafting, reviews, exceptions, covenants, insurance, and relationship monitoring, all in one system.
Will borrowers actually respond to automated document requests?
The emails come from your bank's own email address, not from us, and borrowers upload through a simple portal. You set the request schedule, the system tracks what's still outstanding, and lenders get follow-up action items when a borrower goes quiet.
